Looking for a hidden gem that’s bursting with character and universally loved by the local community? You found it…
We’ve been sitting proudly on Burnaby Street for over a hundred years (we know, we look good for our age) and are wistfully looking forward to the next century full of delicious drinks, mouth-watering dishes and cosy conversation.
Whether you fancy a quiet catch-up with pals, a sophisticated party in our gorgeous private room, or are just looking for some top-class company over a pint of Original, we’re the place for you.
So don’t be shy, pop in say hello to our wonderful team led by General Manager Jon – we’re always happy to welcome a new face!
Whether it’s an intimate family dinner or extravagant birthday celebration, our Ashburnham room is the perfect spot to host your next big bash.
Complete with its own private bar, wall-mounted flat-screen TV and flipcharts, this versatile space can be transformed to fit the requirements of whatever event you may be hosting, from work meetings and formal dinners to drinks parties and wedding celebrations.
If you’re anything like us, when the nights start drawing in, there’s nothing you’d rather be doing than sipping a delicious cocktail at your favourite Chelsea local.
Well, you’re in luck! Whether you’re into a fruity Pomegranate Gin Fizz, festive Fig Negroni, or a spicy Picante Spritz, there’s a cocktail to keep everybody happy on our brand new menu.
Never know what to get people? We know the perfect present that always goes down a storm: the pub! Treat your loved one to one of our gift vouchers that they can put towards whatever they want – whether that’s a delicious meal (our winter menus a real winner, you know) for two, a couple of crackin’ cocktails or even a stay away in one of our beautiful pubs with rooms.
Fancy hosting a roast dinner for your loved ones, but can’t face the washing up afterwards? Introducing: host your roast.
Gather your nearest and dearest and treat yourselves to a private Sunday feast in our magnificent Ashburnham Room. Picture sharing platters piled high with succulent roast meats (or veggie options for our meat-free friends), golden roast potatoes, and Yorkshire puds as big as your head. Sounds good, doesn’t it?
‘Tis the season to get merry…
You’ll find everything you need at ours this Christmas, from outrageously good festive menus packed with traditional favourites to drinks packages that’ll have you partying ’til dawn (well, closing time). Looking for somewhere to host your Christmas party? Our Ashburnham Room is ideal for gatherings of up to 30 people, with its own private bar (perfect for avoiding festive queues).
Don’t fancy facing the post-feast washing up? Spend the big day with us and put your feet up – it’s Christmas, after all!
Whether you’re a diehard rugby fan or just in it for the vibes, we can’t wait to welcome you as we screen every Autumn Nations match live on our big screens. The pints will be cold, the snacks will be tasty and the atmosphere buzzing – so what are you waiting for? Book your spot now!
